About Me
Hello, I'm Minna, fully qualified and MBACP registered Counsellor and Energy Medicine Therapist. I have experience in counselling young people at Itec Skills (work-based learning provider) and in reputable charities like YCS counselling and Cardiff Women's Aid.
Beyond my training and professional experience, I also draw upon my own life journey in my practise. My personal experiences with life's challenges have deepened my empathy and the ability to hold the therapeutic space for you where you feel accepted, heard and understood.
I believe that my blended approach with different theories, professional experience and personal insights allows me to offer a holistic and compassionate support to those I work with.
